چکیده
This investigation's goal was to find Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence factors in canine wound infections. 100 samples were gathered and tested for eight variables utilizing biochemical molecular techniques this purpose. According the findings, women (72%) had highest isolation ratio. The found various ratios, with capsule being (16.6%) of them, amylase enzyme detected (3.3%), hemolysin (70%), protease (10%), phospholipase (83.3%), urease (100%), DNAase (80%), pigments production (93.3%) from infections isolates, gal lasA (86.6%), toxA (16.6%), pslA (96.6%),16SrRNA (100%). From research, we conclude that dogs are more prone bacterial

Molecular detection of virulence genes as markers in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from urinary tract infections.
Catheter associated urinary tract infections by P. aeruginosa are related to variety of complications. Quorum sensing and related circuitry guard its virulence potential. Though P. aeruginosa accounts for an appreciable amount of virulence factors, this organism is highly unstable phenotypically. Thus, genotyping of clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa is of utmost importance for understanding th...

Screening of Molecular Virulence Markers in Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa Strains Isolated from Clinical Infections
Staphylococcus (S.) aureus and Pseudomonas (Ps.) aeruginosa are two of the most frequently opportunistic pathogens isolated in nosocomial infections, responsible for severe infections in immunocompromised hosts. The frequent emergence of antibiotic-resistant S. aureus and Ps. aeruginosa strains has determined the development of new strategies in order to elucidate the different mechanisms used ...
